Long service life - expensive ceramic refractories are not used in this furnace
If necessary, SBM smelter can be completely disassembled and redeployed
1. Melting bath for the melting of 3-4 tons/hour of melt. This will be an air-gas furnace with oxygen boosting;
2. Supporting frame for furnace and 4 weighing sensors;
3. Two screw batch charger with loading gate to charge the melting bath;
4. Furnace water cooling piping from inlet collector, to outlet collector;
5. Outlet device for melt exit;
6. Control Software and relevant PLC;
7. Electric panel (Low Tension) and control board with single-line diagram;
8. Four weeks for installation, supervision and training of furnace operators;
9. One time License to use all the supplied equipment;
Burners and combustion mixers will be rented for 10 years and remain property of CCI. This rental contract will include:
• Immediate substitution of burners when deteriorated;
• Minimum of one maintenance and inspection visit per year of our experts;
• Hotline support for solving possible difficulties;
• Continuous updating on the possible improvements to be made;
Optional 1 - Accessories to improve efficiency
1. Performant patented recuperator to heat up the incoming air;
2. Efficient exhaust gas extraction without expensive high temperature fan;
3. Cooling/dilution system of the exhaust gases to extend life of the exhaust channels;
